Hi! I’m Isobel, a commercial and portrait photographer, image retoucher, and creative, working in Manchester, UK. It’s nice to meet you!
I fell in love with photography in 2012 on the top of a hill in County Mayo, Ireland. I was always very creative growing up but lacked the patience to learn drawing or painting, but on this hill with a hand-me-down 35mm film camera in my hand, I felt like I was finally creating!
But it wasn’t until a few years later I decided this was what I wanted to do for the rest of my life. I’ve run into many bumps and challenges along the way, but every time it’s photography that’s kept me going!
Now I pride myself on creating accessible and inclusive photography in Manchester for both my clients and fellow creatives. Being a chronically ill photographer and neurodivergent it’s important for me to carry these values through everything I do and make sure I’m being a voice not just for my communities, but marginalised communities all over.

I love all animals from fluffy to scaly, if it can be pet, I will fall in love with it, did you know sharks love cuddles??
My favourite genre in all mediums is fantasy! I am regularly disappointed I can’t sprout flames from my hands (maybe one day.)
I’m a huge D&D nerd, though I spent more time watching actual plays on YouTube than playing myself!
I spend a lot of my downtime playing cosy games like Stardew Valley, I just love to switch off on my little farm.
I have a very eclectic music taste spanning from folk, to EDM, to death metal! My spotify daily mixes are always interesting to say the least, but it means I’ve always got studio tunes lined up no matter what you’re into!
